Sheila Hoover, 76, of Avoca, passed away on Wednesday, February 1st at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital, Wilkes-Barre. Born in Wyoming, May 1, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Mary Haimes.
She was a graduate of Wyoming Area High School. Sheila worked many years for Home Depot.
Sheila is survived by her children, Kenneth Hoover of Avoca and Kimberly Hoover of North Dakota and many grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday evening, February 7th at 8:00pm at Kiesinger Funeral Services Inc., 255 McAlpine St., Duryea. Friends may call on Tuesday evening, February 7th from 5pm until time of service. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
