Lottie J. Sarnoski, 83, of Dupont, passed away Sunday, Sept. 10, 2017 at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Plains Twp. after a brief illness.She was the daughter of the late Frank and Sophie Gill Ulanowski.
Lottie was a member of the Holy Mother of Sorrows Polish National Catholic Church and graduated from Dupont High School and Lackawanna Business School. She worked as a secretary for various agencies within the State of Pennsylvania until her retirement in 2001.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William J Sarnoski, who passed away August 7, 2002.
Lottie is survived by her daughter, Sheila Brocavich and her husband, Joseph of Lynbrook, NY and her brother, Frank Ulanowski of Hackettstown, NJ. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Stephanie Brocavich Schuck, Kristen Brocavich and Joseph Brocavich; great-granddaughter, Addison Schuck; along with many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
Lottie enjoyed reading, baking, cooking and spending time with family and long-time friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday. September 15th at 9:30am from Kiesinger Funeral Services Inc., 255 McAlpine St., Duryea with a mass of Christian burial at 10:00am at Holy Mother of Sorrows Polish National Church, 212 Wyoming Ave., Dupont with Fr. Zbigniew Dawid officiating. Friends may call on Thursday evening, September 14th from 6-8pm. Interment will be held at Holy Mother of Sorrows Polish National Cemetery, Dupont.
