Antoinette T. Davis, 82, of Pittston, passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022, at Highland Manor Nursing Facility, where she was a resident. She was born in Pittston, July 11, 1939, and was the daughter of the late James and Margaret Yurish Massara.
Antoinette was a member of Holy Mother of Sorrows Polish National Church, Dupont. She was a 1958 graduate of St. John The Evangelist High School. She worked many years as a seamstress for the Pittston Apparel Company and retired from the Letica Corporation, Pittston Twp. She was also a 60-year member of the Eastern Star organization.
Antoinette enjoyed gardening, arts and crafts, bingo and her trips to the casino playing slots with her family and friends, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Diane Fusco, her infant son, and her ex-husband Edwin “Tuffy” Urbanski.
Antoinette is survived by her children; Kimberly and her husband Daniel Ruda, Avoca, Susan Urbanski, of Avoca, and Timothy Urbanski and his wife Kim of Melbourne, FL; her grandchildren; Sara Urbanski,
Michael Ruda and Amy Rhodes and Jolene Guirin; her brother Anthony Massara and his wife Gilda of Exeter; her sister Anita Mecadon and her husband Fred, of Exeter and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are made by Kiesinger Funeral Services, Inc., 255 McAlpine St., Duryea.
