Carole Graff (Polachek) passed away peacefully Friday, Jan 31st. 2025.
Born in Wilkes-Barre January 8th, 1939 to Joseph Polachek and Helen (Kraynanski) Zeldenrust, she attended Wilkes-Barre catholic schools before going on to work in the local garment industry, Topps Chewing Gum, and Chamberlain Manufacturing.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Graff, brother Robert Polachek, an infant son and her son Joey Girman.
Surviving are children Helene Girman (Mary Jo), David Girman (Vanessa), Lisa Johnson (Jen), and Jill Girman; grandchildren Kaalyn Girman; Victoria Daley (Kevin), Joseph, Simon, David Jr, Daniel Girman; Raymond, Robert, Eric Masher; Alexa and David Johnson; brother Richard Polachek (Nancy), and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Keeping with Carole’s wishes, the family will have a private service.
Arrangements are made by Kiesinger Funeral Services, Inc., 255 McAlpine St., Duryea.

Our condolences to the family. The last time I saw Aunt Carol was at my father's funeral May 2012. Spent some good times with her and uncle Joe and all the kids at their house in the 60's and 70's. Sorry she's gone
