Jason Crawford, 47, of West Pittston, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 25, 2024, at his home. He was born in Wilkes-Barre on July 11, 1976, and was the son of Elaine Schaller.
Jason attended Pittston Area High School. He was employed by Multiscape, Inc., Pittston with over 22 years of employment.
Jason was an avid sports enthusiast and was known for his sense of humor. He was intelligent, kind, and caring. He will be remembered for his open and loving heart—as he always put others before himself. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Jason is survived by his children, Jayson of Pittston, Matthew of West Pittston, and Hailey of West Pittston. Also surviving is his buddy and mother of his children, Kelly Crawford; his sisters Lisa Haddle and Megan Elias; aunts and uncles; his cousin and best friend Michael Crawford; and his fiancé Amy; as well as his nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Helen Crawford, and his cousin William Crawford, III.
Funeral services will be privately held at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions may be made in care of the Crawford Children Memorial Fund at Fidelity Bank, 225 Kennedy Blvd., Pittston, PA 18650 or any Fidelity Bank location.

I’m so sorry to hear of Jason’s passing. He was a great guy. We grew up playing sports together. He was an incredible athlete and always a pleasure to be around. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
