Theodore, T.J., Simko, III, 36, of Harding, passed away on Friday, July 14th, 2023, at Geisinger Medical Center Danville, PA. He was born in Harding on December 30, 1986, and was the son of the late Theodore Simko, Jr. and Georgann Farino Simko.
T.J. was a 2004 graduate of Wyoming Area High School. He worked for Bridon American and was employed for many years for the Cascades Tissue Group.
Theodore enjoyed the outdoors. He was an excellent mechanic. He enjoyed working on cars and working with heavy equipment. T.J. was also an avid collector of knives. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his son Aiden Simko, of Dallas; his stepbrother Joseph Anthony Farino; and uncles Kevin and Vincent Farino and his uncle Kenneth Simko.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 21, 2023, at 6:30pm at Kiesinger Funeral Services, Inc., 255 McAlpine St., Duryea with Monsignor John Sempa of Corpus Christi Parish Church, Exeter officiating. Friends may call on Friday evening from 5:00pm until time of service. Interment will take place at a later date.
TJ was a great father,son,cousin,and friend to so many.He was a great listener,hard worker,took care of his family and so much more.You'll remain in our hearts forever TJ.Like I promised you YJ,this disease isn't going to take me out that easy.I will keep myself as healthy as humanly possible.Fly high with the angels cuz!!!And rest in eternal and everlasting peace.🕊️
